ABA Council Notice and Comment: Changes to Various Standards and Policies

At its recent June 24 meeting, the Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Legal Education and Admissions sent minor amendments to three standards and four principles for notice and comment.

At its May 17 meeting, the board approved for notice and comment proposed changes to required public disclosures, substantive change requests, interim approval and instructional plans, among others.
