DHL Express launches international e-commerce returns portal for SMEs

Thanks to the new international returns portal from DHL Express Commerce, small businesses can now implement a branded returns process on their own website in minutes.

The portal is fully customizable and allows e-commerce companies to set their own return policies and terms, enabling shoppers to easily initiate returns and generate printable labels.

By using the DHL returns portal, businesses will not be subject to customs duties and taxes on incoming delivery as they would be if their customers shipped goods independently. By streamlining the returns process, relevant products can be processed for resale as quickly as possible.
