Terex Washing Systems intends to launch a new software system at Hillhead 2024.

As Terex Washing Systems describes, the new Stream software system will use real-time data to provide operators with actionable information to increase productivity, reduce downtime and maximize profitability.

In addition to the Stream debuting at Hillhead, Terex Washing Systems plans to showcase the AggreScrub 150 pre-screen, AggreScalp and FM 120 bucket wheel.

According to the company, the AggreScrub 150 pre-screener provides effective material separation through advanced screening technology. Suitable for the construction and demolition recycling market.

And Terex Washing Systems’ AggreScalp is a heavy-duty screening solution that can operate as a two-way or three-way screen. The screen can accept media such as Bofor bars, finger screens, woven mesh and three-dimensional punched plates, so it can be used in a variety of applications.

The FM 120 bucket wheel ensures high sand washing efficiency and is ideal for demanding applications, the company adds. The dewatering unit removes silts, sludges and clays from sand to produce up to two marketable products in applications such as concrete, mortar and asphalt sands, quarry dust/crushed fines, lake and beach sands, silica sand, field sands golf courses, sands from filter beds, recycled materials and iron ore.
