Cambia Public Affairs and Policy Team Names Stephen Foxley as Utah Director of Government Affairs

TOWN OF SALT LAKE, UT–(Marketwired – May 2, 2017) – Cambia Health Solutions has named Stephen Foxley as Utah’s director of government affairs. In this key leadership position, he will focus on Cambia’s legislative and regulatory efforts to promote an economically sustainable health care system and advocate for public policy solutions to ensure consumers have a seamless health experience.

Foxley has served in this advisory capacity since last year. Prior to formally joining Cambia, he served as an associate at Foxley & Pignanelli, a leading government relations firm in Utah, where he provided clients with in-depth political counsel and policy expertise. He also held legal and financial positions at Woodbury Corporation and EnergySolutions.

Foxley is based in Cambia’s Salt Lake City office.
