Terran Orbital appoints new executive team to accelerate revenue growth

In his new position at Terran Orbital, Krauss will oversee all engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business development and marketing functions, as well as our international operations.

Terran Orbital Corporation announced significant appointments to its leadership team aimed at accelerating the company’s path to revenue growth and achieving positive cash flow.

The company welcomes Peter Krauss as its new chief operating officer (COO), Adarsh ​​Parekh as its new chief financial officer (CFO) and Mathieu Riffel as its chief accounting officer (CAO). Krauss’s appointment will take effect on June 1, 2024, while Parekh’s and Riffel’s appointments will take effect on June 17, 2024.

Both Krauss and Parekh will report directly to Marc Bell, the company’s co-founder, president and CEO. Once their appointment is effective, Riffel will report to Parekh. Krauss’ responsibilities will include overseeing all engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, marketing functions and international operations, while Parekh will be responsible for managing all accounting, finance and investor relations functions.

In light of these appointments, Tony Gingiss, the company’s current Chief Operating Officer, has made the decision to leave Terran Orbital. Gingiss has agreed to provide strategic advisory services to the company until his departure on July 15, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities.

As COO, Peter Krauss will focus on increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs of Terran Orbital’s manufacturing and production processes. Krauss brings nearly 30 years of experience driving organizational growth and profitability, as well as extensive expertise in managing complex global manufacturing and distribution systems.

Adarsh ​​Parekh joins Terran Orbital as CFO, bringing over 20 years of transactional experience in the financial sector, including strategic growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Parekh’s experience will be essential in overseeing financial planning, strategic growth initiatives and financial management.

Mathieu Riffel, as CAO, will focus on managing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, internal control and compliance processes. Riffel’s commitment to accuracy and attention to detail will ensure ongoing financial transparency.
