Anthem Development and ATX Acquisitions team acquires Eleven600 apartments in Dallas

A strategic joint venture partnership between Anthem Development and ATX Acquisitions has acquired Eleven600 Apartments, a 216-unit apartment building located at 11600 Audelia Road in Dallas, Texas. The price was not disclosed.

The location of Eleven600 apartments provides easy access to major commuting routes such as US-75 and I-635. Community amenities include pet-friendly apartments, a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing swimming pool, a lively playground and an on-site soccer field.

The joint venture partnership intends to implement strategic improvements to the property, including upgrades to common areas, amenities and resident services, designed to improve overall living standards and maximize returns for investors.
