Oklahoma’s stance on kratom regulations was praised

The passage of House Bill 3574 in Oklahoma demonstrates the state’s commitment to protecting Kratom consumers while supporting an environment that allows businesses to invest and grow.

This pro-regulatory stance establishes clear guidelines for the responsible production, labeling and sale of Kratom products. It defines Kratom leaf and Kratom extracts, bans potentially harmful synthetics and isolates, and creates a framework that allows the compliant Kratom industry to thrive and grow confidently while protecting consumers.

At Botanic Tonics, we support Oklahoma’s efforts to create sensible regulations that protect consumers and support the development of responsible Kratom businesses. This pro-regulatory environment has been critical to our continued success and investment in the state.
