OnePlus Nord 4, OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite spotted before their imminent premiere. Details

Last month, OnePlus launched the Nord CE4 powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC in the Indian market. Media reports say that the handset maker is currently gearing up to launch two Nord series devices: OnePlus Nord 4 and OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. One of them is said to be released in July. Both devices are expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipsets. The OnePlus Nord 4 is said to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 3V that was launched in China.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is said to feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.

The OnePlus Nord 4 is expected to carry model number CPH2619 for the Indian market, as indicated by its presence on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. Recent sightings at the Bluetooth SIG provide another hint of an imminent launch in India. According to the list, Nord 4 will support Bluetooth 5.3. Meanwhile, the next OnePlus device with model number CPH2621 is speculated to be launched as Nord CE 4 Lite. This model has already been spotted in Geekbench and in the Camera FV5 database.

The first OnePlus Nord, released in 2020, debuted at a price of Rs 24,999. Subsequently, the price of the second-generation Nord increased and it was launched at Rs 29,999, while the third-generation model is currently priced at Rs 33,999.

As a reminder, the OnePlus Nord is aimed at consumers who are willing to spend up to Rs 35,000 for premium features and a better user experience – the series has a competitive niche. For those whose budget is around Rs 40,000, OnePlus offers the R series. The OnePlus number series is the flagship line of the brand.

In response to the rising prices of the entry-level Nord series, OnePlus has strategically introduced more budget-friendly alternatives such as the Nord CE and CE Lite. The goal of these affordable models is to provide consumers with options at a variety of price points. The Nord CE Lite models are priced below Rs 25,000, while the Nord CE models remain below Rs 30,000.
