Junglück multiplied its revenue by 7x after joining Shopify Plus

The name Junglück comes from the German meaning young (jung) and happy (glücklich). It captures the ethos of the German skincare brand with sustainability at its heart; its natural products include facial cosmetics, shampoos and hand soaps.

When Junglück wanted to scale, it decided to migrate to Shopify Plus – providing the brand with a customized set of easily integrated e-commerce tools. By the Numbers is for CRM analytics, Yotpo is implemented for customer loyalty and referrals, and Zendesk is the customer service solution. In addition to these features, Junglück leveraged Shopify’s international stores to expand into the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland.

We thought Shopify would be easier to use than our previous e-commerce platform, and we were proven right: it’s very intuitive. This has enabled us to scale and develop faster – using new features is extremely easy. As a company focused mainly on marketing, this makes our work much easier.
