Italy’s Newlat Food expects core profits of 317 million euros ($345.72 million) in 2030 after buying British company Princes, the food company said on Tuesday.

Newlat, which produces pasta, milk and dairy products, instant noodles and bread, agreed in May to buy Princes, which sells, among other things, canned fish and Napolina sauces, for £700 million ($896.56 million).

The new group, which will be renamed New Princes, is reporting a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3% in organic revenues over the period of the new business plan 2024-2039, reaching €3.34 billion in 2030.

The company aims to achieve revenues of EUR 5 billion, including contributions from further acquisitions, and a total net profit of over EUR 100 million in the same year.
