Ooma Office (https://www.ooma.com/small-business-phone-systems/), named a Business Choice award winner for best VoIP phone system by PCMag earlier this year, is an affordable, scalable service that makes easy for small and medium-sized enterprises to better face larger competitors.

The new features announced today include:

  • Contact Us Widget – Ooma Office customers can now add a pop-up widget to their websites, inviting visitors to enter their name, mobile number and text message. After submitting the form, employees with access to the SMS inbox can immediately view and respond to submissions in the desktop or mobile application.
  • Auto Dialer – Designed for customer service, sales and accounts receivable teams that need to make a high volume of outbound calls, Auto Dialer queues calls from a pre-loaded spreadsheet. When one call ends, the next call automatically appears on the agent’s screen, increasing productivity. The agent can also enter notes during the call.
  • Scheduled Messages – SMS text messages can be scheduled to be automatically sent at a future date and time. Thanks to this, for example, a busy service manager working on the weekend can prepare notifications to customers that will be sent during normal working hours.
  • Call Park in computer and mobile applications – Call Park allows you to suspend many incoming calls and resume them later or take them over by other team members. The Call Park service, which was previously only available on landlines, can now be managed via the Ooma Office desktop and mobile applications. Users see a list of parked calls in the app, including the name and phone number of each caller if caller ID information is available.
  • Online whiteboarding – During Ooma Meetings video conferencing, each user can launch a shared whiteboard with different pens, text input tools, colors and shapes to share ideas and collaborate on projects.
  • Team Chat on the Mobile App – Ooma’ Team Chat feature, previously only available on the desktop app, is now available on the Ooma Office mobile app, allowing you to participate in a group chat wherever you are.

Ooma Office has three pricing tiers, with no contracts required: Ooma Office Essentials at $19.95 per user per month, Ooma Office Pro at $24.95 per user per month, and Ooma Office Pro Plus at $29.95 per user per month , in each case free of taxes and fees.

All features announced today are now available in Ooma Office Pro Plus. The Contact Us, Scheduled Messages and Call Park widgets on desktop and mobile apps are also available in Ooma Office Pro.
