Kuehne+Nagel begins construction of a new e-commerce fulfillment center in Dubai

With a groundbreaking ceremony, Kuehne+Nagel celebrated the construction of a new fulfillment and distribution center in EZDubai, a dedicated e-commerce zone in the south of Dubai, located close to Al Maktoum International Airport and connected to Jebel Ali Port via an interconnected logistics corridor.

The location and connectivity of the new center will act as a commercial hub throughout the region, providing customers with easy access to a variety of logistics solutions. They can benefit from exemption from customs clearance procedures within customs logistics corridors, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of their operations.

The new logistics center, designed in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver requirements, will offer over 23,000 square meters of state-of-the-art warehouse space, equivalent to approximately 45,000 pallet spaces. Customers will also benefit from a wide range of value-added services. The center is expected to be fully operational in the second quarter of 2025. The investment was designed by Dubai South and Aldar Properties.
