Alpha Professional Holdings is finalizing key acquisitions

Alpha Professional Holdings Ltd. (HK:0948) has released an update.

Alpha Professional Holdings Ltd. has fully acquired Smart Front Developments Limited and Welfit (HK) Limited, with the transactions being significant enough to require disclosure under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company’s subsidiary acquired 100% of Smart Front for HKD 17.5 million, thus acquiring an 80% stake in Welfit, and separately acquired the remaining 20% ​​of Welfit for HKD 4.375 million, making both entities wholly owned subsidiaries.
