Supported watchOS 11 devices – iClarified

watchOS 11 is a significant update to Apple Watch that includes the Vitals app, Training Load, new ways to customize Activity Rings, intelligent customization of the Smart Stack and Photos face, and more!

Apple has already made watchOS 11 available to developers and will roll out the software update to all users in fall 2024.

watchOS 11 compatibility list

watchOS 11 requires iPhone Xs or later with iOS 18 and one of the following Apple Watch models:
● Apple Watch SE (2nd generation)
● Apple Watch Series 6
● Apple Watch Series 7
● Apple Watch Series 8
● Apple Watch Series 9
● Apple Watch Ultra
● Apple Watch Ultra 2

Not all features are available on all devices.

Devices are no longer supported by watchOS 11

Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 4, and first-generation Apple Watch Series 5 are no longer supported in watchOS 11. Additionally, it appears that watchOS will not work with iPhone X or iPhone XR, which requires iPhone XS or later.
