Oakley Capital begins exclusive talks regarding the purchase of shares in I-TRACING

The Goodwin Private Equity team has advised investment fund Oakley Capital on entering into exclusive discussions with Eurazeo, the I-Tracing management team and Sagard NewGen to welcome Oakley Capital as a reference shareholder of I-TRACING, a leading French independent cybersecurity services provider.

I-TRACING was founded in 2005 and is a leading French provider of pure-player managed cybersecurity services (MSSP), serving all the most important needs of its largest clients in the enterprise and mid-market segments. This new chapter will enable I-TRACING to leverage Oakley Capital, Eurazeo and Sagard’s extensive global networks, industry knowledge and financial capabilities to implement an ambitious expansion strategy.
