Australia is consulting on draft regulations on financial advice reforms

Julia is a Partner in Digital Regulatory Risk and Compliance at PwC Singapore. She is a risk and transformation specialist, advising banks, wealth managers, capital market intermediaries and institutions outside the financial sector on the strategy and implementation of digital transformation, risk and regulation, control and management.

With over 20 years of experience, she has led reviews of core banking, compliance, operational risk, finance transformation programs, corporate governance, ERM and internal audits. Clients value her partnership in connecting the dots and co-creating pragmatic solutions that are best suited to them.

Prior to her current role, she served in various company-level leadership roles as a private banking industry leader, a leader in banking management, risk and compliance, and digital transformation services.

In addition to working with clients, Julia actively gives back through serving as a board director and mentor. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies), the Board of the Building and Construction Authority, and the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. She is a mentor at Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
