They later fled in a truck with about 26 boxes containing products they had booked online. Police said the e-commerce company did not disclose the contents of these boxes or their value.

“After the incident, Kumar contacted his employer and went to Surajpur police station. Based on the victim’s complaint, a case of robbery was registered at Surajpur police station and multiple teams were formed to identify the suspects, said Hridesh Katheriya, additional deputy commissioner of police, Central Noida.

During interrogation, the suspects revealed that after stealing the truck, they hid in a wet buffer in Surajpur, about 2 km from the crime scene. After spending the entire day in the buffer zone, they were on their way to sell e-commerce products when the police caught them.
