Cintra strengthens the public sector offer

Ferrovial Cintra has gained a new vice president for corporate affairs.

Frank Raha III takes over the role from HNTB, where he worked on the Government Relations team.

Before joining the private sector, he was director of government affairs at the Michigan Department of Transportation.

“Frank’s experience in both the private and public sectors will be a tremendous asset to support our growth in the U.S.,” said Alberto Gonzalez, Cintra’s U.S. CEO

Cintra is a mainstay in the US P3 market, including: recently submitted a new proposal for I-77 in North Carolina.
