CDON Redefines Marketplace Shopping with Ingrid Partnership

Ingrid, the delivery experience platform, today announced a new milestone in its partnership with CDON, the leading Nordic online marketplace. The collaboration aims to enhance order tracking and delivery solutions for millions of customers.

“We see great potential in working with Ingrid to renew and improve the delivery experience and set a new standard for customer expectations in the markets. Today’s customers have high demands on their deliveries and with this initiative we want to make sure that we not only meet but exceed those expectations. I have been following Ingrid for several years and I am impressed by how they are constantly improving their offering to increase customer satisfaction in e-commerce. That is why I am very pleased that they are now looking to develop their services to match our two markets,” says Fredrik Norberg, CEO, CDON.

The partnership will enable CDON and Fyndiq to offer clear delivery promises on product pages with multi-item purchases, which will display precise delivery options for each carrier during checkout. This improvement is intended to increase customer satisfaction and competitive advantage in the Nordic market. Ingrid’s consumer-centric strategy emphasizes hyper-personalization for shoppers. Through the Ingrid platform, CDON and Fyndiq customers can choose from multiple carriers, track shipments from the point of purchase and choose from a variety of return options.

“This groundbreaking partnership with CDON will set a new benchmark in the industry and revolutionize their ‘where is my order’ service,” said Piotr Zaleski, CEO of Ingrid. “By joining forces, we will provide seamless multi-parcel tracking to countless customers in the Nordics. We are incredibly excited to redefine their customer journey together.”

CDON expects this integration to increase conversion rates and customer loyalty. Ingrid continues to focus its development efforts on innovative e-commerce marketplace features, and CDON’s expertise will only further advance the creation of a perfect marketplace where every customer has multiple operators and options at their disposal.

Ingrid specializes in improving the e-commerce delivery experience for online retailers worldwide. Through comprehensive solutions, they aim to improve both retailer operations and consumer satisfaction.
