Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, Pixel 9 Pro Fold Updates

According to gadget website Android Authority, leaked photos of the upcoming Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold models with significant design improvements have been released.

While Android Authority noted that the leaked images come from a Taiwanese regulator, the logo on the back of the phone does not match the logo of Google’s Pixel phone.

According to leaked photos, Google’s latest foldable smartphone, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, has a rectangular camera panel on one side that sticks out from the back of the device. The bezels are thinner, and the foldable phone can be laid flat on a surface, according to Android Authority.

Other leaks about the specs of the non-foldable models have shown a redesigned camera panel — an oval strip sticking out from the back of the device — as well as a new Google-branded charging dock.

The loading speed has also been improved, but the exact numbers are not known based on the analysis of leaked images.

Google has not yet confirmed or denied the leaked specifications, but the phones are expected to be unveiled at an upcoming event on August 13.
