Lansing Christian boys soccer captures District championship with Auburn Hills win over Oakland Christian, 2-1

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Lansing Christian advanced to the Division 4 state semifinals with a 2-1 win over Auburn Hills Oakland Christian on Thursday night.

Owen Resch continued his scoring in the postseason, scoring both goals for the Pilgrims, who will play at Plymouth Christian Academy on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. for a chance to advance to the state championship game.

Lansing Christian improved its season record to 22-2 and allowed just 1 goal in 4 state tournament games.
