Police identify victim of Palmyra stabbing

PALMYRA, Maine (WABI) – Maine State Police say the man seriously injured in a stabbing in Palmyra earlier this month died on Friday, October 18.

Police identified the victim as 48-year-old Todd Parsons

Authorities said they were called to a home on Madawaska Road on Oct. 11.

When they arrived, they found Parsons seriously injured.

The man was taken to Pittsfield hospital and later transferred to Bangor hospital, where he died from his injuries.

The cause and manner of death are not disclosed at this time.

State Police are continuing the investigation.
