Donald Trump has outdone himself.

In the second term, he answered the question of “bureaucrats sabotaging you” as follows: “We have two enemies: We have an external enemy, and we have an internal enemy.

“And in my opinion, the enemy within is more dangerous than China, Russia and all these countries.”

Referring to Democratic Senate candidate Adam Schiff, he says: “Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, who is a total jerk, will be senator. But I call him the enemy from within.”

Asked if he expected chaos from outside agitators on election day, he said: “I think the bigger problem is the people inside.

“We have some very bad people, some sick people, radical left lunatics.

“It should be handled very easily by the National Guard if necessary, or by the military if really necessary.

Critics interpreted the remarks as a threat to use the military against political rivals, even though he would have to be president to try that.
