Clark County jury awards victims $5 billion in damages against Real Water

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Clark County jury awarded more than $5 billion to victims who got sick from drinking Real Water.

Court documents state that Real Water, based in Las Vegas, will be required to pay 30 people and companies for physical and mental suffering caused by the product.

Earlier this year, other victims of Real Water consumption were awarded $3 billion in damages in a separate lawsuit. In October 2023, victims were awarded $200 million in damages in another case.
