Italian players prepare for Rolex Paris Masters

The draw for the Rolex Paris Masters, the final Masters 1000 series of the season, has already been completed and will take place in Paris-Bercy. Six Italians are in the draw, led by world number one Jannik Sinner, who will start with either American Ben Shelton or Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime. The Italian is chasing his fourth Masters 1000 of the season in Paris. Possible meeting with Arnaldi Sinner could face 37th-ranked Matteo Arnaldi in the third round, which would mark his first appearance at Paris-Bercy. The San Remo native will make his debut against Holger Rune, world number 14. Also in the first half are Luciano Darderi (42) and Lorenzo Musetti. Cobolli, ranked 31st, heads into his first Rolex Paris Masters adventure with an exciting and challenging match against Richard Gasquet (133), who is competing in the tournament for the last time as the Frenchman will retire next year at Roland Garros. Berrettini, ranked 41st, returns to Paris-Bercy for the third time and makes his debut against Australian Alexei Popyrin (25).
