Mega Millions winning numbers, live results from Friday’s $229 million lottery drawing

Mega Millions Friday jackpot lottery the figure increased to approximately $229 million with a cash option of $107.5 million.

The winning numbers were: 23, 26, 35, 41 and 43. The Mega Ball was 7 with a Mega Plier of 2X.

No one nationwide hit Tuesday’s $205 million jackpot. There were also no tickets sold for the $1 million second prize.

Tuesday’s winning numbers were: 8, 43, 48, 58 and 60. The Mega Ball had a 4 with a Megaplier 3X.

odds of winning a $2 ticket to the Mega Millions jackpot by matching five numbers and Mega Ball: 302,575,350 to 1.

Players have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance of matching a ticket with five numbers, but not the Mega Ball, to win at least $1 million. The odds of matching four numbers plus the Mega Ball and winning a prize worth at least $10,000 are 931,001 to 1.

Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday in 45 states, as well as Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
