Harris Focuses on Abortion in Texas, Trump Heads to Michigan

HOUSTON – Ms. Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have deviated from discussions of states that will decide the November election, with stops Oct. 25 in Texas, the conservative state that was the first to enact a near-total ban on abortion.
