All you need is Jordan Love.

Milly Maker is a GPP (guaranteed prize pool) with a large number of players, and winning these types of tournaments usually requires a very coordinated squad.

Week seven was no exception, with theHman using three gaming stacks to secure first place and the million-dollar grand prize. His starting lineup included players from the Lions-Vikings matchup: Sam Darnold (17.26 DraftKings points), Justin Jefferson (21.4), Jameer Gibbs (35) and Amon-Ra St. Brown (28.2) is one of three games on the main list. with over/under above 50.

Both Gibbs and St. Brown had their best fantasy performances of the season.

Pairing the Chiefs’ Kareem Hunt (22.3) with Mecole Hardman (12.5) provided some advantage, as Hardman was used in only 0.9% of tournament lineups.

The stroke of genius was pairing the Browns’ two pass catchers with the defense they faced, a truly unconventional choice. After Amari Cooper was traded to Buffalo, Cleveland had a target void, so tight ends David Njoku (23.6) and Elijah Moore (10.1) helped fill that void, thanks in large part to PPR volume. Njoku and Moore combined for 16 receptions.

The Bengals finished the game with four sacks, two interceptions and scored a defensive touchdown. Combining them with move-dependent opponents who may have a hard time hitting the target resulted in a unique build.

Last week’s lineup was also highly correlated, but I focused primarily on these three potentially high-impact cases.

I included both Jefferson and Gibbs, but also picked the double stack of Geno Smith (17.78) – DK Metcalf (19.9) – Drake London (18.3) from the Seahawks-Falcons matchup.

Anticipating that the Commander-Panthers would lose (they did), I put Brian Robinson Jr. (13.1) on Jalen Coker, a punt option that only netted me two points.

I was more traditional than Hman, pairing Giants safety (4) with Eagles tight end Grant Calcaterra (1.5) and both were disappointed.

I clearly had the right idea and still got paid ($20 for a $10 entry) on a low performing week, but in hindsight I could have been a little more creative.

Correlation gives you a better chance of getting something really big.

For fantasy purposes, it is important to remember the two most common types of correlation: positive and negative.

A positive correlation is when two variables move in tandem, such as a receiver and his defender.

A negative correlation is when one variable increases while another decreases, or vice versa, like how my wife’s mood is negatively correlated with me spending an hour trying to convince her. The Empire Strikes Back is the greatest movie of all time after she asks me where we should go for dinner.

At DraftKings, it’s important to remember that you play full-point PPR with bonuses if a player exceeds 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, or 100 receiving yards.

Here’s my optimal lineup for Sunday’s $2.75 million NFL Fantasy Football Millionaire contest, but it can be used as a basis in other games and platforms.

The optimal lineup earned $137.86 this season, so I’m up $22.86 with a seven-week average of 131.79 points.

Week 8 lineup

QB: Jordan Love, Packers ($7,100)

Only the Lions (28.5) have a higher projected score than Green Bay (27) in the main standings. Love has 41 total touchdowns (39 passing, two rushing) in his last 17 games, including 13 touchdowns in four games since returning from injury. The Jaguars have given up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season and could do enough on offense to keep the Packers aggressive.

RB: De’Von Achane, Dolphins ($6,200)

While I don’t use Tua Tagovailoa in this lineup, I will take advantage of his return to a once dynamic offense with two players who should benefit the most. Achane had seven receptions for 76 yards in Week 1, Tua’s only full game this season, and he’s having his most efficient game on the ground this year, rushing for 77 yards on 5.1 yards per carry against the Colts last week. According to Fantasy Pros, the Cardinals have allowed the seventh-most yards per game, fifth-most rushing yards and 13th-most yards before contact per attempt.

RB: Javonte Williams, Broncos ($6,000)

Williams is averaging 15.5 touches in Denver’s four wins this season, leading the Broncos to an 11-point lead over the Panthers. He also ranks third in total targets (29) among running backs, behind only Breece Hall and Alvin Kamara (both 43). Carolina gives running backs the most fantasy points through seven weeks, so this is a great opportunity for Williams.

WR: Tyreek Hill, Dolphins ($7,000)

Part two of my “Welcome back, Tua!” stack, Hill is about $1,500 cheaper than he should be with his franchise QB under center again. The Cheetah scored 29 points in his only full game against Tagovailoa this season and scored 25 points in nine of 16 games last season. Hill appeared on the injury report Thursday with a foot injury (usually not a good thing), so keep an eye on his situation. Move to Davante Adams ($7,100) if Hill is late or Jaylen Waddle ($5,400) and add another position with savings.

WR: Jayden Reed, Packers ($6,700)

Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur uses Reed the same way Kyle Shanahan uses Deebo Samuel to create space on offense. That means Reed will act as a decoy at times, but not against defenses like the Jaguars allow fantasy points to wide receivers.

WR: Cedric Tillman, Browns ($3,300)

I mentioned last week that Tillman could end up becoming Sean Tucker in Week 7, and everyone expects Njoku and Jerry Jeudy to absorb Cooper’s targets after the trade. He finished with eight receptions for 81 yards on 12 targets and a two-point conversion against the Bengals. My guess is that Tillman will continue to have his hands full with Jameis Winston taking over the offense against the Ravens, who give up the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers.

TE: Brock Bowers, Raiders ($6,100)

Happy National Tight End Day to those celebrating. Bowers runs away with the advantage on target in position (60). The Cardinals’ Trey McBride is second with 45. The No. 13 overall pick is also second in the NFL with 47 receptions, trailing only Chris Godwin (50), who will miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury. Bowers only has one touchdown, but he faces a Chiefs defense that allows the majority of fantasy points to go to tight ends.

FLEX: Sterling Shepard, Buccaneers ($3,800)

After Mike Evans aggravated a hamstring injury, Trey Palmer ($3,500) took over at the versatile outside receiver spot. Jalen McMillan ($3,700) was Tampa Bay’s third WR this season when healthy, so the third-rounder in this year’s draft will likely see a big jump in value and opportunity, but it’s the veteran Shepard – Baker’s former teammate Mayfield on his college team. – likely seeing a lot of runs in the slot, hitting first on Godwin’s vacated targets.

Summer Time: Denver Broncos ($3,700)

The Broncos have scored double-digit fantasy points in five of seven games and rank second in the NFL in sacks (28). It’s hard to imagine a better situation than facing the Panthers and Bryce Young at Mile High without their two best receivers.
