One person died in a shooting near 18th and Capitol on Saturday night.

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Medical Examiner’s Office (ME) was called to N. 18h St. and W. Capitol Dr. in connection with a shooting that left one person dead Saturday night.

A medical examiner is called to a crime scene for several reasons, including homicides, suicides, and other deaths. He also performs autopsies for the Milwaukee Police Department and other surrounding counties.

TMJ4 reached out to MPD but did not receive an immediate response.
