Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo and Brewdog founder James Watt are engaged

Reality TV star Georgia Toffolo and Brewdog founder James Watt have announced their engagement.

Watt, 42, revealed on Instagram that he proposed to the former Made in Chelsea star while on holiday in Greece to mark her 30th birthday.

Former Brewdog CEO who resigned as head of the Scottish group earlier this year – said: “She said yes! With smiles, happiness, love and family galore, (Georgia) and I got engaged on Friday in Greece.”

He added: “Georgia, I am so grateful that we were able to find each other and even more grateful that we are building our lives together.”

The former Made in Chelsea star said Watt’s proposal was “the best moment of my life” and added: “I never knew I could feel such happiness.

“The simplest and fastest yes is to be your wife. Our love story is my favorite. How we managed to find each other among billions of people will always be my greatest blessing.

“I love you forever and the magical life we are building.”

According to Watt and Toffolo, they began dating in 2023 after being introduced by a mutual friend. HELLO! magazine.

The couple have since shared photos of their holiday in the Maldives and moved in together in February.

Watt remains a non-executive director on the Brewdog board and continues to advise the group on strategy.

In February, he wrote on LinkedIn: “My time leading Brewdog has been full of ups and downs, highs and lows, crazy successes and incredibly difficult challenges.

“When I look back over the last 17 years (119 dog years), I am filled with gratitude.”

After appearing on Made in Chelsea, Toffolo appeared on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2017, where she won the competition and became friends with Stanley Johnson, the father of former Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

She returned in 2023 for the star-studded ITV spin-off I’m a Celebrity… South Africa.
