Good Samaritans are helping law enforcement near Denver catch roadside shooters.

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A group of brave and good Samaritans helped law enforcement arrest two men accused of killing a driver on I-25 Saturday morning.

According to sister station 11 News CBS Denver, everyone involved was driving in the area of ​​I-25 and Highway 36 in Adams County. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office told CBS Denver that there was some kind of road rage incident between the suspects and the victim that led to the shooting. Witnesses saw the shooting and called 911, then followed the suspects from a distance, keeping them in sight until officers arrived.

Both suspects were quickly taken into custody. The victim is expected to survive.

An Adams County Sheriff’s Office spokesman called the Samaritans’ actions “pretty cool.”
