ENGLEWOOD, Fla. (WWSB) – The precautionary boil water advisory issued Oct. 11 due to Hurricane Milton has been canceled for the barrier islands of Sandpiper Key and Manasota Key.

The pressure in this section of the system has been restored and a bacteriological investigation shows that the water is drinkable.
