Shenandoah Telecommunications Company Announces Annual Dividend for 2024

EDINBURG, Va., Oct. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The board of directors of Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) (NASDAQ: SHEN) declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share.

The dividend will be payable on December 2, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 5, 2024. This dividend represents an increase of $0.01 per share or 11.1% over the December 2023 dividend and will be the sixty fifth of Shentel. consecutive year of annual dividends.
