ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for an Ardmore woman.

According to OHP, Diana Freeman, 75, was last seen shortly after 5 p.m. Monday in Cleveland County.

OHP says she has dementia, is 5’1″ and weighs 105 pounds.

Anyone who knows where Freeman is or has seen her is encouraged to contact law enforcement or tribal authorities by calling 911.
