NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for Jackie Daniels, 69, missing from Lebanon.

Daniels suffers from a medical condition that could prevent him from returning home safely alone, the TBI said.

Daniels was last seen Oct. 15 in the area of ​​South College Street.

He is 5′9″ tall, has blue eyes and weighs 207 pounds.

The TBI said it has no information on any vehicle or direction of travel.
