In a significant development in the streaming world, DJ Akademiks has been banned from Twitch, following a controversial live stream broadcast last week.

The ban follows Akademiks’ hosting of OnlyFans star Gucci Third Leg, who responded to allegations that he infected another OnlyFans creator with a sexually transmitted disease.

The stream, which attracted considerable attention for its graphic content, ultimately led to a violation of Twitch’s strict policies regarding banned creators.

During the show, Gucci Third Leg made headlines with his candid remarks, sparking both intrigue and outrage from viewers. However, the controversy intensified when popular streamer Adin Ross joined the conversation.

Ross, who had previously been banned from Twitch for unspecified violations, appeared on the stream, inadvertently setting off a chain of events that would culminate in Akademiks’ suspension.

Twitch’s community guidelines explicitly prohibit banned creators from appearing on the platform, and Ross’ presence on the stream raised eyebrows.

While the graphic nature of the content may have played a role in the backlash, it appears that the main catalyst for Akademiks’ ban was this violation of Twitch’s terms of service.

Despite the setback, DJ Akademiks remains active on other platforms, including YouTube and Rumble. Known for his outspoken commentary on hip-hop culture and internet trends, Akademiks has built a sizable following outside of Twitch, proving he is far from being silenced by this latest development.
