TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — On Wednesday, the Idaho Department of Corrections (IDOC) served Thomas Eugene Creech with another death warrant with an execution scheduled for November 13, 2024 at 10 a.m. MST.

In accordance with the new IDOC policy, Creech has been moved to a cell where the execution will take place.

Creech was initially sentenced to death in October 2023. He has been on death row since January 1983 and behind bars since November 1974.
