King Charles has apparently taken precautionary measures after his health deteriorated during his ongoing tour of Australia.

For those who don’t know, the monarch and Queen Camilla arrived in Australia on Friday evening.

After a day’s rest, King Charles gave a remarkable speech to the New South Wales parliament and presented a gift, an hourglass, to the parliamentarians.

According to ENthe monarch left the lunch organized in his honor during the reception in less than 10 minutes.

The report states that after Charles left, other esteemed guests enjoyed “grilled asparagus with olive dust, marinated octopus with a squid ink wafer, barramundi and duck confit.” .

Importantly, this is King Charles’ first major overseas tour since his cancer diagnosis.

Previously it was claimed the monarch was also due to travel to New Zealand, but on the advice of his medical team he limited his trip to Australia and Samoa.

A Palace insider revealed: “In close consultation with the Prime Ministers of Australia and New Zealand, and with due regard to time and logistical pressures, it was agreed to limit the visit to Samoa and Australia only .”
