In addition to the public preview, Microsoft announced the introduction of 10 new autonomous agents in Dynamics 365. These agents are designed to help businesses move towards AI-driven processes in sales, customer service, finance and supply chains.

One of these agents, the Sales Qualification Agent, aims to prioritize high-value sales opportunities by sourcing prospects and automating outreach through personalized communication. Another, the Supplier Communications Agent, autonomously tracks supplier performance to avoid disruptions in the supply chain. Meanwhile, customer intent and customer knowledge agents are designed to improve customer service by solving problems autonomously and improving knowledge sharing within teams.

Microsoft emphasized that data security and governance is a key part of these new agent capabilities. According to the tech giant, Copilot Studio agents will include strict security measures such as data loss prevention and robust authentication protocols, all of which can be governed by IT administrators to ensure compliance with company policies. ‘business.
