Undercover operation identifies 2 Pensacola men accused of child sex solicitation crimes

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) – Two Pensacola men were recently arrested for online sexual solicitation of a minor and other related offenses, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The FDLE claims their Pensacola Cyber ​​Squad had agents playing the role of 14-year-old girls and that they were contacted by 21-year-old Mason Radford and 52-year-old Ryan Traynor. Officials say undercover agents told both men they were communicating with teenagers, but both still sent sexual solicitation messages.

Radford was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with three counts of using a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a minor, two counts of transmitting obscene material to a minor, three counts of promoting the sexual performance of a child and three counts of using a two-way communications device to facilitate a crime.

Traynor was arrested Oct. 18 and was charged with one count each of using a computer to seduce, solicit, entice or entice a minor and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a crime.

Officials say Radford and Traynor were booked into the Escambia County Jail. According to Escambia County Jail logs, Traynor was released on October 18 and Radford is currently still in jail on $475,000 bail.
