Alsi Ki Ladoo (Flaxseed Ladoo) with Foxtail Millets

Ingredients: Flax seeds (500 g), wheat flour (500 g), ghee (400 g), jaggery/sugar (750 g), chopped cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, ground cardamom.

Preparation: Roast the flax seeds and wheat flour separately. Prepare a syrup with jaggery or sugar. Mix the roasted ingredients with the syrup and chopped nuts. Form ladoos while they are hot.

Sugar-free burfi with prunes, dates and nuts

Ingredients: Seedless dates (200 g), prunes (50 g), golden raisins (50 g), mixed nuts, ghee (100 g).

Preparation: Chop the dates, prunes and walnuts. Roast the nuts in ghee, then add the dates and prunes. Spread the mixture in a greased tray, let cool and cut into squares.

Baked Ragi Chakli

Ingredients: Ragi flour (¾ cup), yogurt (½ cup), wheat flour, sesame seeds, chili powder, hing, salt, oil

Preparation: Mix dry ingredients, form a dough with yogurt and water, add oil and shape into chaklis. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Horse Gram Dal Gujiya

Paste: Maida (2 cups), ghee, salt, water

Garnishing: Cooked horse gram dal, cumin, fennel, sesame seeds, spices, green chilies, ginger.

Preparation: Prepare the dough, prepare the filling, shape the gujiyas and fry them until golden brown.
