West Tisbury Animal Control, Tisbury Animal Control and the Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Society are hosting the first Halloween Children’s Dog Show and Costume Contest. Prizes include Best Trick, Best Costume, Best Dog Lookalike, Best Puppy (under 1 year), Best Old (over 10 years), Best Breed, Best Supermutt, Smallest Dog , the biggest dog, the least obedient and the most obedient.
