CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A search warrant was executed Wednesday at a property owned by the CEO of Millennia, attorneys confirm.

In a statement from Marisa T. Darden of Bensch Law, the attorney wrote that members of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Agriculture executed a search warrant at a property owned by Frank Sinito .

Darden added that Millennia Housing Development and Mr. Sinito were cooperating with the investigation.

Frank Sinito is the CEO of Cleveland-based Millennia Housing Development.

A letter sent to Sinito by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2024 describes the five-year debarment imposed on Millennia Housing Development, preventing it from doing business with a federal agency.
