Accor: 3rd quarter turnover up 12%

EVRY (dpa-AFX) – Accor (ACRFY.PK, ACRFF.PK) announced on Thursday third-quarter revenue of 1.43 billion euros, up 12% from 1.29 billion euros. euros last year.

The growth in turnover breaks down into an increase of 7% for the Premium, Midscale and Economy division and an increase of 18% for the Luxury & Lifestyle division.

The Premium, Midscale and Economy (PM&E) division posted an increase in its RevPAR of 5% compared to last year, still driven mainly by prices rather than occupancy rates. The Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) division posted a 7% increase in its RevPAR compared to the third quarter of 2023, mainly driven by a higher occupancy rate.

Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Accor, declared: “This quarter once again, the Group is posting solid sales growth, in line with its objectives. This good performance is explained in particular by the dynamism of our Luxury & Lifestyle brands, sustained growth in high-potential regions and the positive impact in France of the Olympic Games of which Accor was one of the Premium partners. By continuing to combine operational agility, quality of execution and financial discipline, we are convinced of our ability to consolidate the solidity of our economic model over the long term and deliver significant growth in our results in 2024.”
