On Monday afternoon, the Linz steel group announced that its expectations for the 2024/25 financial year would not be met. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization are expected to amount to 1.4 billion euros. After 2023/24, Voestalpine had reported EBITDA, as this key figure is called, at 1.7 billion euros. A reduction of around 300 million euros.
