Asset Guardian Solutions appoints a new CEO

Asset Guardian Solutions has appointed Stephanie Calder as its new CEO.

She joined the company in 2022 as commercial director and has now been promoted to help drive innovation and growth for the automation and control software provider.

Current boss Ewan McAllister will remain with the company as CEO and will move into a finance role.

“I am honored to be named the new CEO of Asset Guardian at such a pivotal time,” Calder said. “I would like to thank Ewan for this opportunity and for building a strong foundation that will enable our talented team to continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”

McAllister commented: “It has been an honor to serve as CEO for the past several years and help lead the change as we move into the now well-established field of cybersecurity and software obsolescence management.

“As I step back from my role as CEO, I have confidence in Stephanie that the company is in good hands and will continue to innovate and grow in the years to come.”

Founded in 2004, Asset Guardian’s product covers five categories: compliance management, configuration change management, disaster recovery, obsolescence management and cybersecurity management.

It serves clients in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
