Shipments of the M4 MacBook Air and new iPhone SE will begin soon, with an early 2025 launch date

Apple is making a plan Host of M4 Mac announcements For next week, though, one model that won’t be included is the MacBook Air. But a new report suggests we shouldn’t have to wait long for an update to Apple’s most popular Mac or the soon-anticipated new iPhone.

Display posts typically have around three months lead time before launch

image analyst Ross YoungTwo subscriber-only posts on X state that screen shipments for the new MacBook Air and iPhone SE are about to begin.

He stated that shipments for the M4 Air are expected to begin ‘this month’. The fact that the month is about to end makes them close.

Meanwhile, iPhone SE 4 is expected to start panel shipments in November.

It is typical for such shipments to occur approximately three months before the product launch.

As a result, the new M4 MacBook Air and iPhone SE appear to be on track for their expected launches in early 2025.

iPhone SE 4

Earlier this year Apple released the M3 MacBook Air early march. This was the month the last iPhone SE was released introduced but in 2022.

We can expect both new products to launch in March 2025.

Another interesting information from Young is that he says that MacBook Air may come in 13.3 and 15.3 inch sizes. I wouldn’t put too much stock in that though, especially given the qualifier ‘may’.

Currently, Air displays are 13.6 and 15.3 inches, and it’s unlikely Apple will just shrink the size of the smaller model; Not when a hardware redesign isn’t on the cards.
