A few weeks after disclosure her porch ready for fall, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter gave fans another look inside herself and Jake Zingermanunique house. The Instagram photo had a cozy vibe to it as it showed Alexia cozying up on her living room couch while enjoying an e-reader.

“Love my snack plate holder (Kindle) and remote page turner,” she captioned the story. “This is life.”

The scene evoked a feeling of comfort and warmth, thanks in large part to the yellow-orange light reflecting off the side wall. The glow was very reminiscent Kyle’s best coverage of the fall seasonwhich she recently demonstrated in Amazon live broadcast.

“I’m obsessed with this color,” Kyle said, highlighting an amber-colored candle. “I searched my house and replaced all my regular light bulbs with amber colored bulbs. Almost everything. My bedrooms, yes. Now I’m working on the rest of the house because it looks nicer. Instead of that harsh white light, I want amber lighting.”

Enter Alexia’s cozy living room.

Like her mom, Alexia understands the impact lighting can have on a room. It was over a month ago when the real estate agent updated her living space with several “Halloween lights” which paired perfectly with the mid-century decor. Furniture pieces included a green modular sofa, a tan mushroom ottoman, a glass top coffee table, a small bookshelf and a wooden entertainment console.

Since then, Alexia has added more holiday details to her home, like a stuffed cat and dog dressed as a pumpkin and a ghost, respectively.

Alexia jokes that she inherited Kyle’s love of holiday decor.

A few weeks before the end of summer ROBH my daughter went to the home improvement store to stock up on fall decorations. She documented her shopping trip via Instagram, admitting that she was following in her mother’s footsteps.

“I have a bad case of Kyle Richards,” she captioned a photo of her shopping cart filled with decorative pumpkins, a witch figurine and faux flowers. Some of these items ended up in Alexia’s kitchen, dining room and outdoor area.

Kyle reposted the story on her account.

“Like mother, like daughter,” she captioned the photo.

Alexia moves in with her boyfriend Jake Zingerman

Back in January, Alexia announced that she had broken up with her. family home in Encino And got a new house with her longtime boyfriend Jake. Although the move ultimately sparked engagement rumors, Kyle made it clear that Jake had yet to pop the question.

“She hasn’t gotten engaged yet, but I think she will. I really think so,” she said in June 4 Amazon Live. “They’ve been dating for four years, almost five now. They are a very, very, very sweet couple and have a great time together. And we just love him very much.”
