NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – A traffic stop in Mount Juliet led to the arrest of a wanted woman in Nashville, according to the Mount Juliet Police Department.

MJPD said they stopped the vehicle after it was traveling 91 mph in a 70 mph zone on I-40. During the stop, police discovered that the 21-year-old female passenger had an active warrant.

“The officer discovered that the passenger had an active full 50-state extradition warrant stemming from a major theft incident at a Kohl’s store in Rutherford County,” MJPD said.
