For decades, Concentrix has invested in and developed intelligent technologies to solve customer problems and improve efficiency and productivity. The announcement of iX Hello marks the launch of the first product in the AI ​​and GenAI technology suite, which the company has successfully deployed internally and with customers prior to launch.

iX Hello offers built-in innovation that allows companies to accelerate their GenAI adoption journey by integrating with multiple data sources and various LLMs from Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI and Salesforce.

Companies can also use GenAI’s solution to match their brand, including voice understanding and unique brand vocabulary. In addition, iX Hello supports tasks such as translating sales-ready text into more than 90 languages, analyzing data, answering queries via chat or voice, summarizing content, and creating training materials. Pre-built virtual assistants enable rapid response times, accelerating task completion across departments including customer service, accounting, finance, marketing and purchasing.

Among other things, Concentrix plans to design, build and operate integrated and end-to-end solutions at pace and across the entire organization. The company helps more than 2,000 clients solve their most complex business problems. In mid-September 2023, Concentrix merged with Webhelp, a renowned market leader specializing in customer experience (CX), sales, marketing and payment services, in a deal valued at $4.8 billion. Webhelp, a French private company founded in 2000, has been the largest customer experience provider in Europe for the past five years and one of the top four in the world.

Concentrix began operations in Israel under the former name Webhelp in early 2022, appointing Einat Benyamini to open and lead the local office. The private preview includes nearly 40 pre-built virtual agents, ranging from multimodal customer-facing bots to scheduling tools and order status tracking. Concentrix can also work with clients to quickly and at scale develop custom virtual assistants powered by GenAI, leveraging its rich design capabilities.

Concentrix plans to release additional iX Series technology products in the coming months.
